Lastly, everyone here who orders SQZ will be invited to a free private pilates event (when the inventory finally arrives). It will be a great way to learn different ways to use SQZ, we will get content, and an extremely sweaty workout. This event is first come first serve basis and limited spots for the first 15-20 people.

If you want to check out the ring before purchasing (totally reasonable) message me and I can show you the sample. If you still don’t understand what SQZ is: it is the first ever weighted ring that is ALSO flexible (can be squeezed in and out). Why does flexibility matter?
