Life Updates

• Celebrated the launch of SQZ at FP Movement this past Thursday (recap: https://www.tiktok.com/@movewithanj/video/7520650411821337887 ) - thank you to everyone who came and made it such a special night

• Thinking of hosting regular pilates classes monthly at the FP Movement space - lmk what you think

• So so so many events happening if you guys saw my calendar you’d scream - leading a pilates class tomorrow for female founders, super excited!

• Vacation is coming up - going to Tahoe for 10 days, going to be very relaxing, will miss you guys though ☹️ 

• Slowly but surely my private pilates clientele is picking up which is definitely a good feeling
