NYC Pilates Pop Ups - August

Hi Movers!

Will be traveling first week of September to India, so no new reformer classes unfortunately. I have one class left on my schedule for August - make sure to book 🙂

8/23 SQZ x Brooklyn House of Movement (Grand Opening)

Come celebrate BHOM opening while I teach a mat class with SQZ 🙂 This is a new studio in Williamsburg (both reformer and mat classes are offered). Super cute and the co founders are both female and extremely friendly!

8/24 Rooftop Thrifting Event

Hosting a pilates class prior to the thrifting event which has unfortunately sold out - but if you need plans on Sunday night - come join us for a cute sunset/rooftop thrifting sesh! There will be music, matcha, art, and sustainable fashion!

Even though summer felt like I was super busy, it is crazy to think that these are the “slow” days ! Can’t wait to see what the craziness of fall brings. So ready for it!
