July schedule/life updates!!

Hi Movers!

Summer is here, which means….limited schedule 😕 I will be spending half of the summer in the Hamptons teaching privates, which I am really excited about because it is a huge learning experience for me. Unfortunately, I have an extremely limited July schedule, so please book in advance! I posted all of my July classes now.

*there is a price increase to match my updated experience level (it is still under $30, cheaper than any other reformer class in NYC)

*classes will now be 50 minutes instead of 45, you get more bang for your buck. the last few minutes of class will be leg circles - if you need to leave early you always have the option to.

*please book in advance, but if somehow you can’t make it anymore make sure to always let me know that way I don’t charge you a no show fee. this also gives me a chance to let others get a spot as well.

I know this is not an ideal summer schedule, but thank you for understanding. I am trying new things to challenge and grow as an instructor. I truly enjoy my reformer classes with you all and hope to see you there still 🙂 Some of you have been here with me for 2 years and I genuinely feel so grateful and I hope you can see me grow and improve as an instructor !! ILY
